Service Agreement and Terms
These Service Terms ("Terms") govern all cleaning services provided by Barovaclean ("we", "our", or "us") for customers ("you"). By booking a cleaning appointment with us or using our services in any way, you accept these Terms along with the scheduled service details (price, scope, timing, and confirmation). This agreement overrides any previous communications or agreements.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. In order to maintain a smooth operation and ensure availability for all our valued customers, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy:
Cancellation Fees
More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
Within 48 to 24 hours of the scheduled service: 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled service or no-show: 100% of the scheduled service fee.
If the team is unable to access the premises (lockout or other issues): 100% of the scheduled service fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Employee Safety and Well-Being
Our employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance in compliance with local laws. For the safety of our team:
We do not handle items weighing over 35 lbs. Please move heavy furniture or appliances to allow access.
We will not use ladders or stand on unstable surfaces.
We may refrain from cleaning areas with hazardous materials (bodily fluids, waste, needles, etc.) and leave those spots untouched. If there is a safety concern, our team reserves the right to leave the premises and charge for the service.
Hazardous Conditions
If we encounter an insect infestation (such as ants, roaches, or bedbugs), we will not proceed with the cleaning. In such cases, we will notify you of the issue.
Cleaning Materials and Equipment
We provide all necessary cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies. We will not use any products provided by the client unless requested in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services and can be made by credit card, check, or cash. If payment is not received in full, a 2% monthly fee will be applied to overdue balances. A $25 fee will be charged for returned or declined checks.
Cancellation Policy
48-24 hours before scheduled cleaning: 50% of the total service charge will be applied.
Less than 24 hours before scheduled cleaning: Full payment is due.
If we are unable to access the property upon arrival, you will be charged in full.
Access to Property
We recommend providing us with a key or door code for entry to your home. If access is not granted within 15 minutes of arrival, the full service charge will be applied.
Scheduling Flexibility
We aim to accommodate your preferred time window for cleaning, but please note that slight adjustments may be necessary due to traffic, other appointments, or unforeseen delays. We will inform you of any changes.
Lockouts and Access Issues
If we cannot access your property (due to no key/code or other issues), we will contact you immediately. Our team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before proceeding. If access is not possible, full charges will apply.
Pets and Animals
If you have pets roaming freely during the cleaning, please notify us in advance. We will take precautions when entering or exiting to avoid pets escaping.
Clutter and Organization
To ensure optimal results, please minimize clutter in the cleaning areas. Excessive clutter may affect the time estimate and result in an additional charge if cleaning takes longer than expected.
Re-Cleaning Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not completely satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. Kindly provide photos or a detailed description of the issue to help us understand your concerns. If we determine that the affected areas fall within the original scope of service, we will gladly re-clean them at no additional charge.
Please note that this guarantee covers only areas included in the initial service agreement. Any additional requests outside of the original scope may incur an additional charge.
Minimum Service Duration
Our minimum service duration is 3 hours. If your needs are less than that, we encourage you to consider additional tasks for a thorough clean.
Liability for Property Damage
We are bonded and insured. Any claims for damage must be made within 48 hours of the service date. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items that were not securely placed.
Privacy Policy
By using our services, you agree to our collection, use, and storage of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may be updated from time to time.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
